Description

Lead design and development for complex Java projects, including migrations and new features.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom Java applications from requirements specifications.
• Define coding standards and best practices with architects and technical leads.
• Review ongoing applications to ensure compliance with design parameters and corporate standards.
• Write technical documentation for data flow, architecture, and specifications.
• Mentor junior developers on technical issues and implementation details.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and C#.
• Extensive experience with Struts, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Proficiency in distributed Java, SOA, and middleware (JSP, JSTL, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JAXB, Maven, log4j, JUnit).
• Strong experience with Microservices (REST API), Spring Boot, Netflix OSS, Zuul, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Advanced proficiency in AngularJS (v2+), jQuery, and Dojo.
• Deep understanding of Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, XML, RESTful architectures) and XML technologies (XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSLT).
• Proficiency with CI/CD toolchains and single sign-on integration.

Preferred Skills

• Full SDLC experience across multi-platform environments (mainframe, client-server, web).
