Description

You will design and maintain enterprise-class applications on the J2EE platform, owning both front-end and back-end components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using J2EE application servers.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and caching strategies for scalable systems.
• Build responsive and progressive web applications with intuitive user journeys.
• Design user journeys, mockups, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.
• Create technical documentation including design documents, standards, and configuration plans.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, AJAX, Bootstrap (3 or 4), and NPM.
• Experience deploying to IBM WebSphere or WebLogic Application Servers.
• Proficiency in SOAP or RESTful Web Services.
• Experience with version control using SVN, Git, or Maven.
• Knowledge of test automation tools including Selenium, LoadRunner, and HP ALM.
• Experience with UI test frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Cucumber, or QUnit.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and static analysis via SonarQube or Veracode.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Liberty and Jira.
• Knowledge of DFPS systems including IMPACT, PACES, PEIRS, NEICE, SSCC, ABCS, Child Placement Portal, and Community Based Care.
