You will lead software development, mentor junior engineers, and architect end-to-end solutions in an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities and present technical designs to leadership.
• Design and implement full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Deploy containerized applications and serverless functions within Azure.
• Architect data warehouse implementations, including logical modeling and ETL processes.
• Create technical documentation, design standards, and configuration plans.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in software engineering and Java development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Data, Hibernate, and Spring Security with third-party Identity Provider integration.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, REST, Drools, and Redis.
• Proficiency in OLTP databases including Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, NodeJS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with container-friendly application servers like WebSphere Liberty.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Maven, Ant, Git, or SVN, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Ability to create UML and BPMN diagrams using Visio or PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• MuleSoft or equivalent API gateway experience.
• Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 / Sec 508.
