Description

You will build, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level Java applications within the J2EE and Spring ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute secure data migration plans, including source identification and target mapping.
• Build multi-module projects and package code into Jars, Wars, and EARs for deployment in WebSphere or JBoss.
• Develop REST and SOAP services using JAX-WS/RS or Spring framework.
• Optimize SQL queries through indexing, partitioning, and profiling to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Write complex SQL queries involving joins and subqueries to extract data and troubleshoot database errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in recent projects.
• Deep expertise in Spring frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring-core, and Spring Transactions.
• Strong knowledge of J2EE internals: JSP, EJB, servlets, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, and JTAs transaction services.
• Proficiency with Oracle relational databases, including advanced SQL and database principles.
• Experience with Log4J logging, asynchronous Java processes, and thread management.
• Ability to work with any graduate level education.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for interacting with leadership and clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with n-tier or distributed architectures using ESBs like Mule or Data Power.
• Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Bootstrap.
• Unit testing experience using Jest, Enzyme, or Mocha.
