Description

You will build and maintain Java-based microservices and lead technical direction for the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Java microservices using Java 8/11 and Spring Boot.
• Develop back-end components and manage relational and NoSQL database integrations.
• Provide design and technical guidance to the team.
• Identify technical blockers and resolve them to ensure efficient progress.
• Apply object-oriented programming and design patterns to ensure high coding standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive experience with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Java 8/11, specifically regarding Collections and Threads.
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with Git or GitHub for distributed version control.
• Hands-on experience with Relational Database Management Systems.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Ability to lead teams and provide technical architecture guidance.
