Description

Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Jakarta EE.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST and SOAP APIs for enterprise applications.
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries and optimize Oracle database performance.
• Implement unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Debug production issues and analyze errors to resolve technical blockers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver features.

Required Skills

• Expert-level Java development with 6+ years of hands-on experience.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot for building high-performance applications.
• Experience with Jakarta EE for enterprise application development.
• Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Proficiency in JUnit testing and debugging techniques.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IBM MQ, WebLogic, or ELK Stack.
• Basic German language proficiency.
