Description

Lead the design, implementation, and testing of software solutions to meet system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions based on system requirements and technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor entry and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including unit testing, troubleshooting, and defect remediation.
• Analyze production logs and data to resolve complex technical issues and support users.
• Evaluate new coding techniques, tools, and modules to improve existing coding standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 1.8 or later.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework.
• Working knowledge of ORM frameworks including JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Data.
• Experience with JMS messaging products such as Solace or ActiveMQ.
• Familiarity with cloud services including AWS or Azure.
• Experience with MySQL, Aurora, or similar database technologies.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and process large data volumes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Jenkins pipelines, Gradle, JUnit, and Git.
• Knowledge of API Manager, Swagger, Apigee, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry Platform.
