Description

You will own the development, integration, and release of complex Java-based application modules while providing technical leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain major system modules using Core Java and J2EE technologies with minimal supervision.
• Design and implement database schemas, queries, and transactions using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with architects to create High-Level and Low-Level designs for scalable applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects reported by QA and end-users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of application development experience in Java and J2EE.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate/Spring Data JPA.
• Experience building web applications with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React or Angular.
• Proficient in Maven for build management and Git for version control.
• Knowledge of application security using OAuth2, JWT, LDAP, or SAML.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito, and API testing with Postman/Swagger.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
