Senior Java Developer responsible for building and maintaining high-performance microservices and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java 8+ applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Build and optimize REST APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Implement JMS messaging with ActiveMQ and Apache Camel integrations.
• Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance in PostgreSQL.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments via Azure DevOps and Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL development.
• Experience with JMS (ActiveMQ) and Apache Camel.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containers, and IntelliJ IDEA.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux CLI environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience performing TDD and API testing with Postman.
• Ability to document system designs using Asciidoc.
