Description

Build and maintain scalable microservices and workflow automation systems using Java and cloud-native technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and reactive programming (WebFlux/Project Reactor).
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Implement and manage BPMN workflows using Flowable, jBPM, Activiti, or Camunda.
• Enforce code quality through rigorous reviews, adherence to best practices, and integration pattern knowledge.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Core Java, including OOPs, multithreading, collections, and exception handling.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Practical knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Understanding of software integration patterns and BPMN engines.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience with reactive programming frameworks.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
