Description

You will design and develop microservices for distributed payment systems while leading engineering teams across geographies. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for key payment capabilities.
• Direct engineers and SDETs across distributed teams.
• Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Manage data and messaging through Cassandra, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Implement REST APIs and API Gateway patterns.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Database experience with Cassandra.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Redis for caching or data storage.
• REST API and API Gateway design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed engineering teams.
• Background in designing payment-related capabilities.
