Lead data migration projects for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end data migration projects while maintaining high accuracy.
• Develop new tooling to streamline data migration workflows.
• Collaborate with the data team to improve internal processes and methodologies.
• Master Guidewire products and obtain certifications to act as a subject matter expert.
• Translate business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a delivery-focused role.
• Strong development experience using Java or other Object-Oriented languages.
• Proven experience developing and deploying production REST APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of data processing, ETL/ELT, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with cloud computing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional competency.
