Key Responsibilities

 

• Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-grade applications.
• Optimize complex database queries and schema designs using SQL to improve data retrieval efficiency and system responsiveness.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka to facilitate real-time data streaming and asynchronous communication across distributed systems.
• Apply advanced design patterns to resolve complex technical challenges and maintain clean, modular, and testable codebases.
• Enhance system throughput by leveraging multithreading and concurrency utilities to handle high-volume transaction processing.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Partner with product managers to refine technical specifications and ensure that delivered solutions align with long-term business objectives.
  
   

Required Skillset

 

• Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining enterprise applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and the ability to design decoupled, resilient services.
• Proficiency in implementing multithreading and concurrency models to optimize application performance.
• Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms to solve complex computational problems efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for building event-driven systems and managing message queues.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and manage relational databases effectively.
• Proven track record of applying design patterns to create maintainable and scalable software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with 5 to 8 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating seamlessly with distributed teams in Bangalore and across global locations
