Description

You will build scalable Java web services and event-driven components following detailed design specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient, reusable Java code (Java 11+) and implement microservices architecture.
• Design and maintain database access layers using Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and WireMock to ensure high coverage.
• Follow TDD approaches and Agile methodologies to ensure application performance.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage builds with Maven or Gradle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring REST services.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and OOP design patterns.
• Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Proficiency in Kafka or similar event-driven frameworks.
• Experience with testing tools including JUnit, Mockito, and WireMock.
• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Basic experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud providers like AWS/Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Reactive and Functional Programming.
