Description

You will design and maintain distributed Java applications within AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using versions 11, 17, and 21.
• Design and implement data models using UML concepts.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform in AWS.
• Implement messaging solutions using Kafka, IBM MQ, and Zookeeper.
• Manage caching systems and in-memory databases to ensure performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java programming.
• Proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Hands-on work with messaging systems including Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Practical application of distributed systems using Zookeeper.
• Ability to work with Scala and Python for specific project needs.
• Knowledge of data warehouse and lakehouse concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Protobuf, Avro, and FlatBuffer serialization formats.
• Familiarity with Parquet and Iceberg table formats.
