Build and maintain high-quality GRC tools within international teams.

Responsibilities

• Write readable, simple, and maintainable Java 11 code.
• Mentor associate and fellow engineers to increase technical responsibility.
• Drive product quality, security, and performance improvements across the team.
• Participate in product planning and establish development standards and practices.
• Communicate across multiple international teams to influence the developer community.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Proficiency with Spring, Hibernate, and GraphQL.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases including MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Maven, Tomcat, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Experience working within Scrum teams and using Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or interest in front-end development, specifically Vue.js.
