Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java 11 or higher.
• Design and implement microservices-based architecture for new and existing applications.
• Support migration of monolithic applications to microservices architecture in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including SOPs and design documents.
• Follow coding standards, secure coding practices, and development best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and hands-on development expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Support project delivery timelines with flexibility in working hours when required.

Experience Required:

• 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
• Experience in application migration and modernization projects is preferred.
