Description

You will build and maintain scalable applications using Java/J2EE and modern front-end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop Single Page Applications (SPA) using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SASS.
• Design and implement object-oriented systems using Java/J2EE and Spring frameworks.
• Build and integrate REST/SOAP web services using JSON and XML.
• Manage data persistence using ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.
• Participate in the full SDLC within an Agile/Iterative development environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Java development experience.
• Proficiency in JAVA/J2EE and Object-Oriented Design/Programming (OOD/P).
• Experience with Spring, including ORM and MVC.
• Hands-on development with JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, Ajax, and SASS.
• Experience with at least one RIA Framework such as jQuery, Angular, YUI, Ext JS, Dojo, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of ORM/Persistence frameworks including MyBatis, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Experience with SOA and REST/SOAP Web Services (CXF, JAX-WS, or JAX-RS).
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS such as Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Source Control (Bitbucket, SVN, or Perforce) and Maven.
• Practical application of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).
• Familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse or RAD.
