Description

You will design and build scalable software systems using Java and modern cloud frameworks while leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to improve technical execution.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new and existing systems with a focus on reliability and scaling.
• Apply object-oriented design principles and design patterns to complex software problems.
• Evaluate and explain technical trade-offs regarding system design and complexity.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to support DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience (excluding internships).
• Deep expertise in Core Java and frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• 1+ years of experience in system architecture, design patterns, and scaling.
• 1+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 1+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms, including time and space complexity analysis.
• Solid understanding of System Design principles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale distributed systems.
