Description

Lead technical development and delivery within an Agile environment, owning the full development lifecycle and code deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of developers, testers, or engineers through the development lifecycle.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate with Product Owners or Scrum Masters to prioritize and split technical work.
• Coordinate with client and offshore teams to ensure high-quality coding standards and timely delivery.
• Develop new projects in real-time environments following strict bug-free coding practices.

Required Skills

• 9 to 12 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• 8+ years of experience with Java 8 or 11.
• 6+ years of experience with Spring Framework and JPA/Hibernate.
• 6+ years of experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Splunk.
• 6+ years of experience with Git, Jenkins, and Maven or similar build tools.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, or other database query languages.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of React or AngularJS.
• Background in the Banking domain.
