Description

Own backend architecture and full-stack integration in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend solutions using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful services and APIs for frontend consumption.
• Collaborate with frontend teams using Angular and/or React to deliver cohesive features.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience with Java/J2EE.
• Strong expertise in Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in DB2 or similar RDBMS technologies.
• Experience with frontend frameworks: Angular and/or React.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Proficient in Git and version control best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
