Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and cloud-native applications using Java and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize RESTful web services and microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring MVC.
• Implement and manage database schemas and complex queries for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL stores.
• Develop responsive front-end components using JavaScript, jQuery, JSP, CSS, and HTML.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Maven for automated builds and deployments.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on AWS using EC2, S3, and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional development experience with Java/J2EE.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Framework and Spring MVC.
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or myBatis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, DocumentDB, MongoDB).
• Strong skills in front-end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, JSP, CSS, HTML.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven) and version control.
• Understanding of multi-threading, XML, JSON, and AJAX techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience optimizing database performance and writing complex SQL queries.
