Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams in the design and implementation of microservices architectures.
• Develop and support high-quality RESTful APIs ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Drive Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project management practices to ensure timely delivery.
• Solve complex analytical problems and make critical technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional work experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in microservices environments.
• Strong proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
