Description

Design, develop, and support high-performance APIs within a microservices architecture. You will own the design, execution, deployment, and quality of software deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle including coding, testing, and code reviews.
• Interface with local and remote technical and business teams to align deliverables.
• Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance system reliability.
• Integrate work within Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in J2EE development and design.
• Deep knowledge of Java and Spring frameworks, including Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
• 3+ years of experience building RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git for source control management.
• Experience with microservices and modern database technologies.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with event streaming using Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
• Understanding of SDLC, PMLC, and Agile/Waterfall processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial instruments.
