Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in a Senior Java Developer role or similar.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Kafka.
• Experience leading projects from conception to deployment.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
