Description

Lead feature teams building core banking backend services and scalable microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core banking backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate enterprise systems using MuleSoft (Mule ESB).
• Implement caching strategies with Redis to optimize system performance.
• Deploy and manage applications on JBoss, OpenShift, and containerized platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver robust financial messaging solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of backend development experience in Java.
• Strong expertise in Core Banking backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with MuleSoft / Mule ESB.
• Knowledge of MongoDB or CockroachDB.
• Experience with Redis for caching.
• Strong understanding of JBoss, OpenShift, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Payments and Financial Messaging systems.
