Description

Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency Java applications for mission-critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects through all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Write well-designed, efficient, reusable, and testable code following industry standards and security best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver quality software solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, including participation in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, implement enhancements, and document technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Deep understanding of software design, architecture, and development best practices.
• Proven ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with DevOps practices and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Background in high-volume, low-latency system design.
