Description

You will design and develop scalable, secure microservices and cloud-native components using Java, owning the release pipeline and performance tuning for high-throughput applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build maintainable microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Implement event-driven architectures with Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging.
• Optimize application performance through profiling, code tuning, and containerized deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to define security standards and deliver high-quality software.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure compliance with secure coding practices.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in Java-based software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra).
• Experience with asynchronous messaging tools such as Kafka.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to API gateways, service mesh, or distributed tracing.
• Experience with conversational agents or generative AI concepts.
