Description

Own the entire application lifecycle, from design and deployment, while leading backend development and system integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional web applications using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring clean and reusable code.
• Manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with the DevOps team.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic alongside front-end developers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and refactor legacy applications to improve performance.
• Gather technical requirements and provide training to internal teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
• Strong proficiency with the Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for full-stack integration.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Experience designing applications using Java EE platforms and object-oriented design patterns.
• Practical experience with GitLab for version control and pipeline setup.
• Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) principles.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to gather technical requirements and provide training to internal teams.
