Description

You will design, build, and deploy secure web and API-based applications while providing technical leadership for digital product initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, optimized, and secure web-based architectures and technical solutions.
• Break down product vision into workable technical solutions that solve specific business problems.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional Agile teams to execute on project deliverables.
• Promote a risk-aware culture through technical leadership and implementation of security standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing web-based software applications.
• Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience building frontend interfaces with ReactJS.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling, specifically GitHub and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms, including OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Kubernetes.
• Ability to implement security standards such as JWT and OAUTH.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional Agile delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring within engineering teams.
