Responsibilities

• Implement new features using modern software engineering practices.
• Maintain high software quality standards through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Research and resolve customer issues to ensure system stability.
• Document technical knowledge to support continuous learning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Java (8 or above) with strong object-oriented design principles.
• Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Microservice design principles.
• Git/GitHub for version control.
• Docker and Gradle.
• Relational databases and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field.

Preferred Skills

• AWS services, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Terraform.
• Application Performance Monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace or Splunk.
