Description

Design and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot within a hybrid work model.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement microservices architecture with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage asynchronous messaging via Kafka and JMS.
• Deploy and orchestrate services using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write automated tests using JUnit and BDD frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional Java development experience.
• 10+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or PCF).
• Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST, and SOAP services.
• Proficiency with Kafka, JMS, and other messaging technologies.
• Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and JUnit.
• Experience with BDD tools such as Cucumber or Karate.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with Kubernetes orchestration.
