Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex Java applications, lead automated systems projects, and mentor junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, debug, and document new programs and modifications to existing software.
• Lead development projects for automated systems, providing direction and training to junior programmers.
• Consult with users to design program changes and resolve technical issues across non-production and production systems.
• Collaborate on all project deliverables beyond core coding, ensuring alignment with user and management requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience building applications with Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL for database management.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs.
• Ability to work with complex software architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
