Description

Lead technical initiatives and design scalable backend systems using Java and reactive frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and mentor team members in a leadership capacity.
• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs.
• Implement reactive programming patterns using WebFlux.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Apply system design and architecture principles to core services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Spring and WebFlux (Reactive).
• Strong proficiency in designing and building REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Experience working on CXP projects.
• Solid understanding of system design and architecture principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
