Description

You will design and build cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot. You own the full development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment on OpenShift.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable microservices and event-driven applications using Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Implement secure APIs with Spring Security and JPA, ensuring robust API design.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design and modern architectural patterns to complex systems.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments on OpenShift.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, contributing to project life cycle activities.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Spring Security, JPA, and relational databases (Postgres).
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of XML technologies (XSLT, JAXB, JAXP) and RESTful services.
• Practical experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and containerization.
• Familiarity with message queues like Kafka or standard MQ.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and global delivery environments.
