Description

Design, develop, and deliver software solutions using object-oriented principles and microservices architecture in an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Java SE/EE, Spring, and microservices architecture.
• Document existing environments and develop technical strategies for design changes.
• Generate technical roadmaps and document details of current and future systems.
• Mentor team members and maintain effective relationships with dispersed resources.
• Investigate technical issues and implement tactical methods to achieve strategic objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering SDLC solutions using ITIL, Agile, or XP methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java SE, Java EE, or Spring.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and Java/Java EE design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture and JavaScript MVC frameworks.
• Knowledge of SOA principles, EAI patterns, and UML.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and relational databases using SQL.
• Experience with DevOps toolchains, including TDD, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment.
• Proficiency with diagnostics and testing tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or LISA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
