Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex IT applications and systems architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine system requirements to create application prototypes and architectural designs.
• Write, debug, and maintain code while ensuring software quality and functionality.
• Design user interfaces and determine output media and formats.
• Integrate hardware and software components within the systems environment.
• Document application software and maintain rigorous information security policies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in applications software development.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, methods, and approaches.
• Experience with database management, including data modeling, data structures, and transaction processing.
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts including scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Knowledge of operating systems installation and configuration procedures.
• Ability to design, develop, and optimize reusable systems components.
• Proficiency in infrastructure requirements such as bandwidth and server sizing.

Preferred Skills

• Java web development using JSP, Struts version 1 or 2, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Hibernate framework, MVC design, and Oracle Database.
