Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions, including microservices, cloud platforms, and legacy modernization projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise solutions, APIs, and DevOps pipelines.
• Translate business goals into scalable technology solutions through stakeholder collaboration.
• Facilitate architectural workshops to drive technical decisions and consensus.
• Develop architectural frameworks, reference models, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, including code reviews and deployment support.

Required Skills

• 8-14 years of IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Financial Services or Insurance sector.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with platform modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex integrations, ECM, BPM, and workflow automation.
• Ability to engage with senior management, business heads, and technical leads.

• Any Graduation degree.
