Description

Lead full-stack or backend development initiatives using Java, architecting production-ready applications from concept to deployment while mentoring teams and enforcing coding standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Leverage AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) for accelerated development, code generation, and testing.
• Design secure database solutions with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Mentor junior developers on software engineering principles and AI-assisted workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years with Java (11+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI coding tools for production code development.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for full-stack responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
