You will build scalable software solutions and lead technical implementation within a backend-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement optimized database structures for PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Integrate machine learning models and intelligent systems into applications using AI technologies.
• Mentor junior developers to help them overcome technical challenges and improve their skill sets.
• Oversee Maven usage for dependency management and build automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and NoSQL database management.
• Proficiency with Maven for build automation and dependency management.
• Extensive experience with AI technologies, including machine learning and neural networks.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor development teams and guide technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end frameworks including React or Angular.
