Description

You will design and develop high-quality software using modern Java, Spring, and database technologies. You will propose and evaluate technical solutions, incorporating design requirements into implementation. You will conduct research and implement Proof of Concepts for new requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop software using Java, Spring, and database technologies.
• Propose and evaluate multiple technical solutions to identify the most effective approach.
• Incorporate all technical design requirements into the implementation phase.
• Conduct research and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technical requirements.
• Contribute technical expertise across various projects as needed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Java microservices, Kafka, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in SOA, REST Services, Spring Batch, Schedulers, and Spring JPA.
• Experience with Apache Camel and XML.
• Strong unit testing skills using Mockito and JUnit, focusing on test coverage and code quality.
• Experience with build tools including Maven and Gradle.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and distributed version control systems like GIT or SVN.
• Deep understanding of Java design concepts, patterns, and coding standards.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SOAP APIs and Webflux.
• UI knowledge involving JavaScript, Vue JS, or Node JS.
