Description

You will lead day-to-day development activities while building enterprise systems. You own the full lifecycle from design to documentation, ensuring technical standards and architectural integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning and coordinate team development activities.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document software systems and components.
• Collaborate with other departments on application requirements, design, standards, and architecture.
• Coach and mentor development staff in best practices and conduct code reviews.
• Adhere to test-driven development standards and promote Agile Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Java application software development.
• 4+ years of experience with the J2EE framework and object-oriented concepts.
• 4+ years of experience with RDBMS such as Oracle or SQL Server, including Java integrations.
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate/JPA frameworks.
• Experience with microservices framework development.
• Experience with web service and API development using REST and SOAP.
• Experience with web-based data formats including XML and JSON.
• Experience with Java IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Experience with CI/CD and build management tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, Ant, or Concourse.
• Proven technical leadership experience.
