You will design and build complex enterprise-grade systems as an independent contributor.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Propose technical solutions for complex system requirements and drive execution from design through implementation.
• Develop event-based architectures and metadata search capabilities.
• Implement self-healing systems using monitoring and log aggregation tools.
• Integrate identity management and document lifecycle policies.
• Work independently on meaningful projects with minimal daily technical oversight.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Core Java and Spring Framework expertise.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Rancher for infrastructure orchestration.
• Proficiency in ActiveMQ for event-based architectures.
• Frontend experience with Node.js, Angular, and AngularJS.
• Operational knowledge of Splunk for log aggregation.
• Monitoring experience with Grafana and Prometheus.
• Familiarity with Solr, Pentaho, S3/MinIO, PDFTron, Keycloak, and Samba.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with document management lifecycle policies and redaction workflows.
