You will design and develop software products from scratch using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software products from the ground up using JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Lead technical architecture and design sessions for complex projects.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve engineering standards.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate with architects to drive project direction.
• Apply design thinking and lean principles to create software experiences.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Expertise in server-side development using JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in Python and NodeJS.
• Experience with technical architecture and system design.
• Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering background.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Exposure to Big Data, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies.
