Description

Build and maintain complex business applications using Java EE and distributed frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business logic using strong OOP and OOD principles.
• Solve complex technical problems and handle end-to-end business design.
• Optimize database schemas and improve query performance.
• Guide junior engineers through technical tasks and business development work.
• Manage distributed systems and handle high-concurrency requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Java EE development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with MyBatis and MySQL database design and optimization.
• Knowledge of Redis caching technology.
• Experience with message middleware and ElasticSearch.
• Strong understanding of common design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related major.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience developing for Internet-scale platforms.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and concurrency management.
