Lead development and integration of business process management solutions within the Java ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Integrate jBPM with Java applications and J2EE technologies.
• Own assigned tasks from technical design through implementation.
• Maintain and extend core application logic using Spring and Hibernate.
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Hands-on expertise with jBPM.
• Strong proficiency in J2EE technologies.
• Experience with Spring Framework.
• Experience with Hibernate and JPA.
• Demonstrated ability to handle direct client communication.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• 3+ years tenure in previous roles.
