Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex Java/JEE applications within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the end-to-end development cycle.
• Manage source code repositories and support production releases.
• Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and bugs.
• Provide status updates and escalate risks affecting project milestones.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in Java/JEE, preferably within financial services.
• Expertise in Java, JEE, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency with data modeling and SQL databases (Sybase or Oracle).
• Experience with Apache Spark and Apache Tomcat.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with build tools like Maven and version control (SVN, GIT).
