Description

Develop and maintain GIS applications while managing spatial data requirements. You will analyze geospatial data, design spatial databases, and implement GIS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain spatial databases and data models.
• Design and implement GIS applications and workflows.
• Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and implement GIS standards.
• Provide technical support for ongoing GIS projects.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency with Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Experience building RESTful WebServices.
• Working knowledge of DB2 and WebSphere.
• Proficiency with Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience working within Agile development processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and Azure cloud services.
• Background in the healthcare domain.
