You will develop and maintain core application features, ensuring code quality, performance, and architectural alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code for core application features.
• Troubleshoot and debug systems to optimize performance.
• Investigate alternatives and new technologies to support continuous improvement.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to inform development direction.
• Provide code documentation and contribute to technical documents.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in a Software Engineer role.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Core Java and Multithreading.
• Working knowledge of Springboot.
• Experience with Hibernate and Kafka.
• Familiarity with Schema concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work within a team.
