Description

You will lead onshore and offshore engineering teams to design, build, and ship full-stack features while collaborating with customers and cross-functional groups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React.js.
• Implement DevOps practices to automate workflows and improve deployment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in full-stack Java development (backend and frontend).
• Strong proficiency in React.js for building interactive user interfaces.
• Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proficiency in DevOps solutions to streamline development and deployment.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
